ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform general project administrative duties including engineering changes, document approvals, help the preparation of the design documents.
- Coordinate special events and programs for R&D.
- Participate in cross functional development projects.
- Generate data and contribute required information for the Design History Files (DHF).
- Focus on 3D modeling (CAD), drafting, and the associate training, skill development to perform these tasks.
- Conceptualize and design new products under supervision.
- Know and follow company policies/procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned. All employees are responsible for minimizing both the environmental and health and safety effects of the work that they perform.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Good computer skills in using Microsoft Office
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
3. Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced-high pressured environment
4. Ability to deal professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials
5. Ability to interface with all levels of management
6. Exhibits effective time management
7. Basic understanding of mechanical engineering is a plus
