ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- This job description covers skills & responsibilities of the R&D Product R&D intern position located in the Ethicon China R&D facility.
- The R&D intern (Textile/Laboratory) is responsible for: Support engineer/senior engineer/R&D managers in braiding capability buildup; write relative documents like IQ/OQ protocol, working instruction and test method; run the prototype build and complete data analysis; Support R&D manager in documentation, recording and archiving related files, and support to go through applicable J & J processes to support project execution.
- The R&D intern (Textile/Laboratory) is responsible for: Support engineer/senior engineer/R & D managers in laboratory testing and other routine laboratory.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Master degree is a must.
2. Can join in internship at least 3 days per week.
3. Skill Sets:
？- Bilingual: English/Mandarin required
？- Effective oral, written, & presentation communications in English/Mandarin
？- Knowledge & understanding of Microsoft office and preferred statistic software, e.g. minitab
？- High ethics reflecting Credo values
？- Effective team interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments
