岗位职责：

管理当地大客户刀具及产品加工工艺的优化；

帮助客户解现场决技术问题，负责和供应商沟通协调解决问题；

协助销售人员进行技术支持；

提供加工方案以改善客户现有生产状况，提高效率；

针对客户新的需求提供选型的帮助和技术支持；

Provide technical service to customers:

- Complex trouble shooting at customer site in time

- Tool testing for target accounts as required and complete testing report together with suppliers

- Technical training and instruction to customer

- Optimization of tooling application and process

- Provide timely customer feedback and market information to Sales Managers and the team

- Work with Sales Engineer to complete new project.

-Help customers’ engineer to select new products and tools

-Support project/machine run-off as required.

任职资格的具体描述：

1. 大专或以上学历，机械相关专业；

2. 刀具行业5年以上技术经验；

3. 熟悉金属机加工行业，或医疗行业有应用经验者优先

4. 能够熟练使用相关设计软件及办公软件；

5. 具有独立工作能力和较强的自学能力，良好的表达能力和沟通能力；

6. 积极主动，有责任心，团队意识强；

7. 能够适应经常出差，并承受一定工作压力

8. 中英文流利， 英语读写能力强 口语佳者优先

9. 对主要刀具品牌的技术特点熟悉，对刀具市场分布了解者优先

1. College degree or above, machinery or related major.

2. + 5 years’ technical experience within related cutting tools

3. Good knowledge and experience in metal processing or medical products related application is a plus.

4. Good at office and design software.

5. Able to work independently with strong self-learning ability;

6. Good expression and communication skills.

7. Positive, responsible and good sense of team work.

8. Good English both in read and write, good oral English is a plus.

9. Good knowledge about major tool brands as well as market intelligence is plus
