任职要求：

1.Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
2.More than 3 years working experiences in product development with good knowledge in plastic parts design
3.Familiar with 3D design methods and software;CATIA V5 experiences would be an advantage
4.Good understanding of the product development and release process
5.Customer focus - willingness to understand customer requirements and transfer to suitable products
6.As part of an international team he/she should have a multicultural mindset and be a good team-player
7.Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin

职位职责：

1.Design of new components, improve & change existing components in CATIA V5 (3D/2D)
2.Communicate project items with external partners, AKW (Headhunter) and suppliers
3.Follow up the product realization process at our supplier from tool design to first samples till SOP
4.Coordinate the release process (first sample inspection) for scurbbers in cooperation between the involved departments (design in headhunter, QC adn purchasing)
