具体要求：
1.Bachelors Degree in mechanical, materials/metallurgy or related engineering discipline.
2.More than 3 years product quality control experience in foreign owned company. Metallurgy or mechanical major preferred.
3.Quality tool (FMEA, MSA, RCCA/8D report, SPC…)
4.Quality Management Systems, ideally AS9100 is preferred
5.Good English ability with particular emphasis on the understanding of technical specifications. Able to communicate well with customers, 6.regulatory agencies and suppliers.
7.The impact of quality on the bottom line.
职责描述：
1.Understand internal and customer quality requirements to ensure that customer requirements are reflected in internal documents and products produced conform to internal and customer requirements.
2.Manage the non-conformance reporting and corrective action process to ensure that improvement is carried out.
3.Prepare concession for customer approval
4.Regularly review quality data, provide reports and find solutions for improvement.
5.Conduct contract review per contract review procedure
6.Review Engineering Master/ECN per internal procedure
7.Review work orders and approve FG sheet
Prepare FAI package and routine inspections reports to ensure that products we ship fulfill customer requirements.
8.Issue CoCs and release of products to certify that products we ship fulfill customer requirements.
9.Function as delegated supplier quality representative when approved to streamline the product release process.
10.Maintain customer and internal documents to ensure all controlled documents are adequate and current prior to release.
11.Coordinate document review
12.Provide technical support to production with particular emphasis on the quality aspects.
13.Training of others to improve their competency, especially on quality related topics.
14.Other task assigned by quality manager

Firth Rixson Aerospace Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment. Our major business scope almost covers the entire aerospace engine manufacturer in the world, including Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore Aerospace Manufacture, Hamilton Sundstrand.
