-For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Production Team Leader 车间班组长 .
What are my responsibilities?
- Finish all orders on time, correctly, quickly and economically.
- Production line direction, resolve daily problems and ensure production discipline.
- Responsible for their group's development.
- Group's work arrangement, quality control, instruct and monitor operators during shifts.
- Exchange necessary info with SC.
- Send the AUB parts request to warehouse according to daily demand, and check the material supply status from time to time.
- Push employees submit improvement suggestion and give to responsible person.
- Ensure work's continuity though group leader's absence.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Above 2years working experience in workshops group
-Familiar with manufacturing process and know ideas about production knowledge
-Strong communication skill and excel at computer
-Background of working in foreign company
-College or above
-English
