职位概述
迪士尼诚招优秀的学习区行政管理员，负责广州迪士尼英语培训中心的小学员们在非上课时段的管理工作。学习区行政管理员会带给潜在学员和在册学员及其家长对迪士尼英语语言学习中心的第一印象，负责俱乐部学习区域的管理并确保小学员进出学习区时以及在学习区内的安全、有序。
主要职责
· 在学生进出俱乐部学习区域时，确保管理好学生的签到和登记；
· 当学生离开俱乐部，确认前来迎接家长的身份；
· 在俱乐部内部，承担学生的安全责任；
· 对学生家长的问题和疑问及时反馈给教师、销售顾问、语言学习总监或中心经理；
· 了解中心的程序、课程、操作手册和行政程序；
· 协助组织培训中心的社会和市场活动；
· 由中心经理指派的其他任务。
职位要求
· 大专以上学历，具有1至2年的相关客户服务的经验；
· 勤奋并有强烈的责任感；
· 具有良好的语言交际和能力；
· 基本的计算机技能，包括Microsoft Office (Word, Excel和PowerPoint)；
· 具有有效的解决问题的技巧；
· 有在教育或培训领域的经验为佳；
· 在旺季可以接受晚上及周末的时间；
· 能熟练运用英语沟通。

Guangzhou Disney English Language Learning Centers will be opened in 2012.

Club House Administrator(location:Guangzhou,Tianhe)

Position Overview:

Disney is looking for exceptional Club House Administrators to look after the well being of children for the Disney English Language Learning centers in Guangzhou when the children are not attending their courses. The Clubhouse Administrators will make a strong first impression of the Disney English Language Learning Center to interested and enrolled children and their parents. This individual manages the Center's Clubhouse area and ensures that children are looked after and enter and depart the center in an orderly and safe way.

The position reports into the Center Operation Supervisor.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrating students' check-in and registration when they enter the club house;
• Confirming the identity of parent when students leave the club house;
• Assuming the responsibility of students' safety in the club house;
• Providing feedback to teachers, sales consultants, the LLD or Center Manger on student and parent issues;
• Understanding Center programs, course, operations manual and administrative procedures;
• Helping to organize and participate in training Center social and marketing events;
• Other tasks assigned by center manager.

Job Qualifications:

• College graduates with 1 to 2 years of related customer service experience;
• Hardworking and have strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build relationships;
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Effective problem-solving skills;
• Experience in education or training is preferable;
• Ability to work evening hours and Saturdays as necessary during peak periods;
• English proficiency.
