Main Purpose of Job:

To achieve above KPI

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

LMD ( Line Management )

1.1 Maximize product throughput, quality and efficiency.
1.1.1 Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager and organize line
workload depending on product priority.
1.1.2 Ensure work meets or exceeds all standards. Monitor the SPC
system to fix repetitive and recognised problems immediately.
1.1.3 Take immediate action on employee concerns and
recommendations, focusing on continual improvement of the
first pass yields.
1.1.4 Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to
their full potential, focusing on continuous improvement of
efficiencies.
1.1.5 Develop, organize and lead the Workcell meetings and Correctice
Action Committee (CAC) meetings per established TT Electronics
procedures.
1.1.6 Ensure production or line personnel practice good material
management on the shop floor.
1.2 Track production and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
1.2.1 In concert with the appropriate production control person,
develop weekly schedules based on product quantities in
Work-In-Progress (WIP) and week's scheduled production.
1.2.2 Monitor product movement to ensure that weekly ship schedules
are achieved.
1.2.3 Ensure daily shift and WIP reports are accurately maintained
as applicable.
1.3 Maximize employee output, dedication and job satisfaction.
1.3.1 Administer TT Electronics policies fairly and consistently, while remaining
flexible in accomodation deviations from policy depending on
individual circumstances.
1.3.2 Ensure line personnel are throughly trained, certified and
performing to standard.
1.3.3 Evaluate employee performance periodically, communication to
the employees their strenghts and weaknesses and recommend
appropriate merit increases.

1.3.4 Create positive atmosphere, instill a sense of pride in product
workmanship and appearance: celebrate accomplishments and
champion improvement in all areas.
1.3.5 Maintain positive employee relations by encouraging all employees
to take advantage of the open door policy, participate in status and
team meetings, and through interactive one-on-one.
1.3.6 Review all relevant policies and procedures issued to the line and
ensure that appropriate employees read and understand them.
1.3.7 Adhere to all safety rules, ensure that all employees wear
protective equipment as directed.
1.4 Maintain a clean and neat working area.
1.5 Work overtime as required.
1.6 Perform other duties as directed by Manufacturing Manager.
1. Education/Experience/Credentials

Bachelor OR Diploma Holder im Electrical /electronics .

2. Language Ability
English , Chinease ( written & spoken )

3. Computer Skills
MS Office


4. Physical Demands

Work for long hours
