Vacancy description
? Monitoring all unit operation related activities to follow EHS guideline and regulations, ensure production activity safety
? Assigning the duty to all operators during the shift and supervising them, ensure production plan to be fulfilled timely
? Monitoring production process during the shift to follow production SOP, process problem solving and taking the necessary corrective actions, ensure production quality
? Holding the production training for the operators on field
? Ensuring good housekeeping, scrap control, production resource
? Optimizing process and procedure to improve productivity and the cost reduction
? Participating the investigation of safety, quality and customer complaint issues, implement the action plan
? Developing core skill and team work ethics, effective interface with processing and maintenance support and also provide direction during un-planned events


Profile
? Minimum of Technical school
? 3+ years practical experience on the front line of production in chemical or petrochemical industry, experience in polymer reaction plants and with the front line supervisor management experience is appreciated
? Self-starting, good team work spirit
? Independent and fast reaction to emerging problems
? Willing to do the shift work
? Holding a forklift driving/and pressure vessel license is preferred( is not must)
? Good team leader and motivator with satisfactory coaching skill
? Good understanding of written& Reading English is preferred, but not Must
? Experienced in SAP is preferred, but not Must
