Vacancy description
? General: In charge of all spare-parts/project surplus maintaining in both SAP system and physical spare-part warehouse. Works closely with engineers/technicians to review the spare-parts list and stock periodically, well manage all spare-parts in warehouse properly and conduct regular inventory counting to ensure high level accuracy.
? Weekly MRO SOP ERPO status tracking.
? Create work order for refurbishment.
? Act as maintenance SAP power user and key window to BPIT to solve any issue during operation and provide SAP operation training to MORS operators so as to improve their operational skill.
? Manage MROS warehouse operator’s performance.
? Maintenance store operation process set up and optimization.
? Manage maintenance store SOP document creation and update.
? Optimize and improve maintenance store capacity and efficiency.
? Create cycle count document in SAP. Clear cycle count inventory difference on time.
? Coordinate with discipline engineers/procurement to qualify capable vendors/suppliers
? Work closely with vendors/suppliers to accelerate the spares delivery time.
? Manager consignment spares and vendor if we have.
? Facilitate project spare parts handover.
? Support store technician for 5S implementation.


Profile
? Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance MORS management in chemical or petrochemical plants.
? Mechanical/Engineering knowledge is needed to understand general equipment/spares.
? Understanding of MROS management principles.
? Excellent knowledge of SAP PM module.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Good organizational and time management skills.
? Good inter-personal relationship skills.
? Ability to create procedures to put in place for MROS spare-parts management.
? MS Office suite of software.
? Inventory management background would be preferred.
