Vacancy description
? Responsible for site quality management system (QMS) building up, development, implementation and insure compliance to GBU quality procedure, ISO9001,TS16949 and ISO17025(QA Lab).
? Plans, coordinates and conduct plant internal audits of quality management system.
? Wok with third party for compliance audit and new certification audits of ISO9001,TS16949, ISO17025 and Foot contact certification.
? Coordinate site functions to pass customer audits.
? Issue formal report for internal/external audit and monitor the corrective actions implementation for satisfactory close.
? Work with lab supervisor to coordinate and plan QA internal and external certifications(ISO17025) in future.
? Participate and coordinate lab activities to compliance with site ISO14000/OHSAS18000.
? Schedule and maintain all equipment and gage calibration activities
? Other activities to support or lead site certification activities

Profile
? Bachelors degree or above
? 5+ years QMS leader work experience
? Qualified lead auditor for ISO9001,TS16949 and ISO17025
? Advanced knowledge of all relevant technologies and product applications (process understanding)
? Strong communication skills and creative.
? Leadership; get things done / implement on time
? Management skills
