Main responsibilities

• Based on the sales forecast, make the production plan on the weekly and monthly base.
  根据销售预期，作出每周和每月的生产计划
• According to the daily customer requirement, release the daily production plan to production department.
  根据每天客户要求，给生产单位下发每天的生产计划
• Follow the sales open order, make the delivery to the customer on time.
  按照销售部门订单，给客户们及时发货
• According to production planning, calculate the requirements for materials continuously;
  根据生产计划，计算后续生产所需要材料的供应量
• Considering the inventory, release the regular forecast/firm order and emergency order, etc. for suppliers to meet production requirements.
  考虑存货，取消预期或固定订单和紧急订单等等因素，使供应量和生产需要相吻合
• Follow up the material orders status, getting commitment from suppliers for requested delivery.
  追踪材料订单状况，以及供应商的交货日期
• Quickly reflecting and solving the emergency case, hold the suppliers accountable for their performance.
  对紧急事件作出快速的反映和处理，使供应商对他们的行为作出解释和负责
• Inventory management and analysis, control the inventory at a reasonable level存货的管理和分析，控制库存品在合理的范围
• Accomplish other related work assignments given by the supervisor.
  完成主管交办的其他相关事项

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above;
  本科及以上学历
• Being familiar with procurement of vehicle parts and with 3 years materials planning experience.
  熟悉汽车零配件的采购和3年的材料计划经验
• Have experience of SAP systems is perfect.
  有 SAP 经验者优先
• Great communication skills, Capable to co-operate with other services and departments;
  沟通能力强，善于与其它部门合作
• Can cope with great volume of work;
  能应对大量的工作
• Great team spirit character, Great organization skills;
  强烈的团队合作精神，组织能力强
• Good negotiation skills and a sense of teamwork Skillful at oral and written expression
  良好的谈判技巧和团队合作意识以及良好口头和书面表达能力
• Good at English listening, reading, writing and spoken;
  良好的英语读写听说能力
