主要工作职责

New product development, to assist in the research and development department is responsible for new product field experiments 新产品开发时协助研发部门负责新产品的现场实验。

Collected experimental data to assist research and development departments to complete the research and development of new products report,by customers of new products certification. 收集整理实验数据协助研发部门完成新产品的研发报告，以通过客户对新产品的认证。

Responsible for the transfer of products from R & D to production after the completion of the research and development of new products,Such as the product's standardized process documents, etc. 新产品研发完成后负责该产品从研发到生产的转移，如该产品的工艺文件的标准化等等。

In new products from research and development into the early stages of the production sector,Training, guidance and supervision of production operations staff operate strictly in accordance with the new process specifications.在新产品从研发导入生产部门的初期，培训，指导和监督生产操作人员严格按新的工艺规范操作。

Find and deal with technical problems on the site. 对现场的技术问题的发现和处理。

Quality exception handling, including customers complained about the quality abnormal and the quality of the site occurred exception

Responsible for onsite improve the production process and production equipment improvement, in order to improve product quality, reduce production cost and improve the product's discount rate. 负责现场生产工艺的改进和生产设备的改良，以提高产品质量，降低生产成本，提高产品的折率。

By means of quality control technique to the product or process of the key indicators monitoring and analysis,to optimize existing processes, or to propose improvements to the existing process to improve product quality.

In charge of process file to create and update. 负责生产部门工艺文件的创建和更新。

Experience 工作经验：

Have over three years experience in manufacturing or R&D phosphors.有三年生产或研发荧光粉经验或同等能力。

Have a certain quality management experience or the same ability. 有一定的品质管理经验或同等能力。
