Required Education:
Bachelor’s /Graduate’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering or Polymer Science and Engineering.
Exceptional candidates with other science degree and hands on experience with TPEs, with an interest in getting a chemistry /engineering degrees.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of analytical methods, e.g., FT-IR, TGA, DSC, Rheometer, etc.;
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Chinese and English;
Hands-on, executer
Self motivated
Team Player
Knowledge of TPE, Plastics strong plus

Job Summary:
Follows Safety and Housekeeping Procedures;
Planning and executing laboratory work involving new experiments and sample preparation;
Physical characterization / testing of materials and thermoplastic elastomers;
Work on twin-Screw, and Injection Molding Machines;
Production of larger customer samples (~25 kg)
Contribute in testing area and utilize internal resources to characterize using analytical methods.
