SUMMARY

The Cashier is responsible for all aspects of cash management including, daily bank logbook update, RMB and foreign currency payment, cash flow forecast maintenance; liaise with bank, SAFE, CIQ, and other internal department as well.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Daily bank accounts journal update
? Bank account reconciliation at every month end
? Company credit card application and month end reconciliation
? Cash receiving and disbursement
? Foreign exchange receiving declaration to bank
? RMB and foreign exchange payment
? Cash flow forecast update

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

? BS/BA degree
? Minimum of 1 years of accounting/finance experience - Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
? Solid working knowledge of regulation on foreign exchange.
? Strong PC skills and experience with ERP systems, JDEdwards preferred.
? Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity and is never willing to compromise with regards to ethical standards.

Success in this position requires the ability to move fast, quick response, strong partnership with Accounting manager and other functions of the business, and frequent communication with peers and management. These relationships must be built on respect, integrity, cooperation, teamwork and professionalism.
