JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Preferably degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering Degree
Experience:
* 5-8 years or more experience in light manufacturing/high tech environment, exposed to all building crafts and

light machinery.
Special Abilities:
1; Have background in HVAC with emphasis applying to clean room technology.
2; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3; Strong ability to lead and manage teams to successfully meeting company objectives
4; Sufficient technical knowledge and experience to be able to communicate effectively and to check/review plans and progress.
5; Excellent problem-solving techniques.
6; Good experience with MS office software (e.g. MS Project), MS Word, AutoCAD and e-mail tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Physical Plant Equipment
a. Being fully involved with management team. Provide technical input, solutions and options on improving

productivity and efficiencies in plant equipment.
b. Establish priorities for the maintenance functions that would ensure the effective utilization of available

resources.
c. Prepares the annual Physical Plant budget and maintains expenditures within the allocated limits
d. Track expenditures costs to ensure compliance with facility and department budgets.
e. Proactively recommend programs to eliminate identified problems, to improve equipment utilization, upgrade

facilities, and reduce costs.
f. Seek bids on construction, alteration or installation work as required. Recommend contractors based upon cost, workmanship, and completion dates. Administer such contracts and coordinate the work performed to ensure expectations are met.
g. To plan and coordinate activities involved in maintenance and alteration of physical plant and equipment

including the movement, installation, repair and overhaul of machines, tools, and plant equipment.
2. Production Equipment
a. To lead the maintenance team in ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operation of all matters in related

to maintenance.
b. Responsible for operation of maintenance department, which provides preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment.
c. Perform all aspects of maintenance activities /task so as to minimize down time.
d. Spare parts inventory established without overstocking.
e. A strong preventive maintenance program is established, maintained and recorded.
f. Responsible for develop, execute and monitor Maintenance expenditures budgets.
g. Track expenditures costs to ensure compliance with maintenance budgets.
3. EHS & Compliance
a. Be responsible for compliance with applicable to local safety and health, environmental, building and fire

ordinances and standards.
b. Ensure compliance with existing laws, regulation, license, permits and ordinances pertaining to environmental performance safety and health concerns in plant and facility.
c. Safety procedures for General & production equipment are established and maintain.
d. To oversee the management of hygiene and occupational hazards in the factory.
e. To ensure environmental emission or discharge compliance with the existing laws or regulation
f. A detailed and documented safety and security procedure are in place and reviewed at least once annually.
g. All department managers are made to fully comply with all procedures outlined in (f)
h. During shut down hours, facility and production support equipment is checked and irregularities reported

immediately to the General Manager.
4. Security
a. Formulates and implement an effective security system to ensure company assets are well protected.
b. Plant facility is secure at all times during and after work hours for the safety of all employees.
c. A detailed and documented security procedure is in place and reviewed at least once annually.
d. All employee are made to fully comply with all procedures outlined in (c)
e. To ensure all security officer/ guards are compliance to the standing orders & procedure.
f. Be totally accountable for all incident occurrences at the factory.
