职位描述
岗位职责：
1，负责整个人力资源体系的建立和维护；
2，依据公司发展战略目标，制订公司年度人力资源规划，调整、优化组织结构，合理控制人力成本；
3，负责薪酬制度的修订及年度调薪数据的分析和主导调薪工作；
4，负责内部绩效考核体系的完善和过程推进；
5，负责行政管理各项规章制度的修订及维护；
6，负责区域内的行政后勤和职业健康卫生等工作；
7，当地政府部门等外联工作的对接；
8，公司各项活动的组织和推进；
9，协助上级主管推动BU的重点管理项目工作；
任职要求：
1，本科学历，经管类相关专业优先；
2，大中型企业人力资源管理从业经历8年以上，制造业人事行政经理同岗位3年以上，在汽车零部件相关行业优先；
3，对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累；
4，对人力资源管理各模块有实践经验；
5，熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、保险福利待遇和培训方针。
6，具备良好的职业道德感，事业心强，工作投入度高，能够积极正向关注员工满意度。

Zhejiang Zhongxing Precision Industry Stock Co., Ltd was jointly established by the former Zhejiang Zhongxing Electronic Co., Ltd, Japan Sumitomo Commerce(Shanghai)and Cixi Jingding Investment Co., Ltd. Basing itself upon precision manufacture, service and consumption electronics, OA, automobile as well as precision parts and components for communication, the company is developing into an international multi-industrial hi-tech enterprise.
Zhongxing Precision Industry is the largest manufacturer of the regulator parts trade in the world with over 10 years'experience.The company boasts capabilities of mould design and processing, precision punching, precision moulding,precision cutting, surface treatment, automated assembly and die-casting with competitive advantage of "integrated manufacture".It produces fittings for enterprises of Sony,Panasonic,Toshiba,Sharp,Hitachi,Sanyo,ALPS, Samsung,LG,Phillips,Thomson,TCL,Konka,Changhong,etc.
The headquarters is located at Cixi City of Zhejiang, adjacent to the constructing Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge.
