- Check staff claim applications
- Help to prepare payment documents
- Cash/Bank management, liaison with the bank
- Responsibility for record daily simple transactions (Reimbursement etc)
- Invoice purchasing and issuing, booked the invoice list
- Help to prepare documents and submit to the governments every month
- Organize, file documents
- Other works assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above majored in accounting
- Good English in listening, speaking and writing
- Active, Want to learn and Good team-working spirit
