1; Level of English has to be very good.
2; Will attend meetings with the company’s General Manager on occasions.
3; Be responsible for the company’s translations Chinese/English and English/Chinese
4; Must have a service minded attitude. Whenever the company has visitors, being Chinese or foreigners, the employee should take good care of them and make them feel welcome.
5; Will be the first person to welcome visitors and introduce them to the person within the company whom they’re going to visit.
6; Frequent contact with the company’s guards and drivers.
7; Will be responsible for incoming orders from customer, filing these and spread information throughout the organization.
8; Will be responsible for hotel bookings, flight tickets, arranging cars etc.
9; Will be responsible of purchase of office equipment and related items such as water and coffee.
10; Take care of not planned Ad-Hoc tasks that may come up and need urgent attention.
11; Be a support to the company’s managers whenever they have a busy schedule and need an extra hand.
