About the role:
Perform as a professional dealing with Multinational Clients in Mainland China, ensuring that it consistently delivers excellent quality of Recruitment service to clients and candidates.
Supervise and lead International team of 5 people.
To understand, and be able to perform as a professional recruitment consultant to provide services of the highest quality to the potential International clients and candidates.
？ Manage the day-to-day operational activity to ensure to deliver an excellent level of service inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing the potential candidates followed by short listing candidates to propose to clients.
？ Ensure co-operative interaction between the other teams’ / group offices operations, and aviation teams in delivering the highest quality of service to clients and candidates.
？ Lead Business Development transmission process.
？ Coordinating and negotiation on offered salary/terms and conditions between clients and candidates
？ Completing all the documentation to wrap up the deals

？ Required the proven track record of sales performance
？ Recruitment Service, Executive Search Service
？ A record of high achievement in a fast-paced business environment
？ HR policies and law of Mainland China
？ Customer service oriented
？ Strong people manager and team player.
？ Hands-on with a strong sense of urgency, and willing to “roll sleeves up.”
Required Work Experience
？ Experienced professional background with a proven track record
？ Recruitment Service, Executive Search Service and other HR related industry
？ Experience of managing a 24/7 operation.
Required Qualifications
？ Tertiary Qualifications preferred.
Required Languages
？ Written and spoken Mandarin and English in business level
