Requirement
1. College or above大专以上学历，在汽车/汽车零部件跨国企业至少5年采购经验及2年采购主管经验
2. Above 5 years purchasing and 2 years supervisor experience in automative/automative component company
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力
4. Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading & writing
5. 良好的电脑操作能力及office软件应用
6. Good computer operation ability & office skills
7. 良好的沟通、谈判能力
8. Good communication & negotiation skills
9. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
10. Good problem analysis & solving ability
11. 良好的职业道德
12. Good business ethics

Responsibilities
1. 带领材料采购团队的采购活动正常进行。Lead materials purchasing team activity on the rails.
2. 日常事务紧急情况及问题的处理。Deal with daily critical case & problem solving.
3. 制定、执行成本降低计划。Set down & implement cost reduction plan.
4. 制定、执行和调整适当的采购政策及程序。Set down, implement & adjust proper purchasing policy & procedure.
5. 供应商管理及关系的维护。Supplier management & relationship maintenance.
6. 供应商年度合同的谈判。Supplier annual contract negotiation.
7. 供应商开发及加快材料国产化进程。Supplier developing & materials localization speed up.
8. 参与客户、内外部审核及对供应商定期审核。Involve customers / internal / external audit and supplier periodic audit.
9. 协助计划控制库存。Support planning on inventory control.
10. 第三方仓库包装管理。3rd party warehouse packing management.
11. 本职为持续发展。Continuous development base on the position.
12. 其它安排的工作事项Other tasks or duties as assigned.
