职责概述 : 为技术相关的设备设施管理提供技术咨询，协助处理解决疑难技术问题，确保各项目设备设施的正常运行。

主要工作职责 :
- 管理现场团队
- 作为现场团队代表，负责与客户沟通
- 管理与技术相关的供应商；有效的管理技术相关的合同的执行；
- 为设备的维护提供技术咨询；
- 与维护承包商制定预防性维护计划，并监督维护计划的执行情况。
- 制定设备维护保养操作指导书，并协助技术员完成，管理技术相关的文档及资料
- 完成客户设备技术数据的收集更新工作

关键考核指标:
- 设备设施处于最佳运行状态；
- 相关工作无重大安全隐患；
- 项目按期、按预算顺利完成；
- 客户满意


任职要求 :
- 大专以上学历，电气或工程技术专业
- 了解各种办公设备及会议室设备的操作制度和程序
- 5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉暖通或机电
- 良好的英语沟通能力，能够阅读/完成基本的英文报告/邮件。
- 熟练使用电脑及Office软件操作
- 优良的沟通，团队协调，客户服务意识。
