Job Requirements:

1.Degree or Professional Diploma holder, preferably in Mechanical or Chemistry related majors;
2.At least 1 years work experience in electronics manufacturing related industry, preferably mechanical design relevant positions for consumer electronics products;
3.Good command of English language, both spoken and written;
4.Ability to work independently, while being essentially a committed team player;
5.Willing to travel intensively;
6.Open personality and willing to learn new things.

Job Description:

1.The Market Development Engineer maintains and explores tape application knowledge in assigned market segment by utilizing tesa internal resource and establishing long term partnerships to key accounts throughout the respective value chain in order to acquire the up-to-date information;
2.She/he works closely with tesa Electronics sales team and focus on adding value in new developments including engineer new applications with tesa existing products, develop new product /-assortment for specific applications and market/application research;
3.She/he utilizes existing tesa Business Unit Electronics marketing tools and approaches and the regional communication structure with the intention to make them more effective in the local China market;
4.She/he is the counterpart in tesa Greater China for tesa’s Headquarter Business Unit - Electronics marketing and R&D, responsible for new product development requesting and profiling activities based on Chinese market needs. She/he is also highly involved in newly launched products roll-out and monitoring in the responsible area;
5.She/he utilizes existing tesa Business Unit Electronics marketing tools and approaches and the regional communication structure with the intention to make them more effective in the local China market;
6.Her/his target is to support tesa in assigned market in Greater China to grow over proportionally with innovative products and solutions.
