主要职责
1. Coordinates the Assembly departments to make sure smooth production, prompt delivery and high quality standard;
2. Works to optimizes company organization in order to achieve the goals defined by top management, by analyzing investments, costs and human resources and by a continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of company processes.
3. Responsible for monitoring and management of the status for incoming and outgoing components and finished products.
4. Defines activities for production planning, manages internal coordination of resources and implements production plans following qualitative standards and respecting the deadlines as defined in the production planning, in order to achieve the assigned goals/targets
5. Responsible for the activities connected with identification and traceability of components and finished products.
6. Apply lean manufacturing and lean six sigma techniques to increase the productivity and improve quality.
7. Work with other departments in related projects to support General Manager with his decision making and strategic development with corresponding execution plans.
8. Train and develop subordinate to improve their motivation and professional and management skill.

Job Requirements & Skills

·Education学历
University degree in Engineering (BS) or related disciplines
·Experience工作经验
10 years above of Hands-on manufactory management experiences an absolute must.
·Competency and Skills 能力和技能
Good communication skills in Chinese and English required. English fluency in speaking is not a must. But he has to be able to write in Good English.
Good communicator, and motivator and strong level of executions
Familiar with any ERP system (preferably with SAP)

10% ~15%
