- Develop Workforce Planning Strategic and operational plan and measuring results, support HR leadership to develop strategic recommendations to drive improvement and optimization of human capital
- Build and develop strategic workforce planning capability consistent with organizational development
- Provide guidance and support to business units on the Strategic Workforce Planning Methodology
- Support business units in the execution of workforce planning activities, including conducting workshops, evaluating business units workforce plans, identifying gaps and proposing solutions
- Develop standard tools, templates and reporting frameworks in support of workforce planning, establish core SWP metrics and develop reporting/scorecard approach and supporting documentation
- Take leading role on annual headcount budget and forecast projects for all legal entities
- Partner with relevant HR function leaders (i.e., Hiring, Learning & Development, Payroll, C&B, etc.) to develop and implement solutions to support the integrated talent management
- Lead hiring planning implementation and tracking recruitment KPI, optimize recruitment report system and tracking platform
- Provides coaching, direction to junior team members in order to their development and achieve business and customer results
- Develop a strategic workforce planning consistent with organizational plans and capabilities to ensure business success
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
- Support and take initiatives on MOVE
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security
- Support on Environmental Management
- Support on Internal Control
- Support on Excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources or business oriented
-Minimum of 8 years of experiences ( 3 years of experiences at managerial role) in HR functions or business oriented field in multinational company
- Experience in HR General / Strategy / Planning
