Job Responsibilities：
- Work closely with business teams of Plant Industrial, assisting business managers to understand and implement corporate policies and procedures
- Work closely with HR Competency Center to provide excellent support to ensure business success
- Support line managers to utilize performance management tools in order to continuously improve business and employees' performance.
- Provide guidance to business units regarding current regulatory changes related to HR.
- Be responsible for employee relations & communications, counsel staff on change management, employee issues.
- Provide administrative support in maintenance of personnel records, and preparation of various HR reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required
- College degree or above in Human Resources or business oriented.
- above 3 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company.
