1. Requirements

要求

- Experienced as service engineer from the heavy machine industries, like: plastic/ press printing/ packing / Paper mill & etc.

有大型设备行业的售后服务经验，例如：塑料 /印刷 /包装 /造纸等行业的生产设备。

- Strong sense of mechanical or/ and electrical.

较强的机械及电气知识和能力。

- Be able to travel above 50% of time. Willing to work at W&H Taicang facility when not in travelling.

能适应经常性的出差（约50%以上）， 在不出差的时候需在太仓的办公地点上班。

- Fluent in English

英语流利。

2. Job duties and responsibilities

Installation/commissioning
- supervision and verification of machine installation at customer site
- Guiding and supporting of contractors and customer’s staff during
machine assembly
- commissioning of the machine by himself or in a team with other / foreign
engineers

- Setting and optimization of mechanical alignments as well as calibrations
on the respective machines

Acceptance test/production start.
- Testing the machine and start running production of the respective machines

- Acceptance run based on agreed jobs and specification

- Start running and optimizing production, machine settings as well as
process related parameters

Training
Training content is machine related and the process required technology with raw material know how are involved

- Training and instruction of customer’s staff (shop floor)

- Training courses for customer’s personnel (classroom and shop floor)

After sales service/troubleshooting and repair
- Supporting the machine from end of installation whole machine life time
- Service engineer for hands-on and repair
- Troubleshooting at the machine as well as in case of production errors

- Process technologist/specialist
- Service support for printing machines

- Experience in the actual machine program and former machine generations

- Service consultant for technical and process issues

Parts Warehouse/ Service Workshop / Demo Facility /hotline support

The service engineers will be responsible for various in-house support during non- travelling time in Taicang office.

- Assist manager to organize and supervise the parts warehouse locates in Taicang facility, keep the warehouse with an accurate record and good order.

- Perform the in-house repairs and maintenance on the parts and accessories returned from customer site.

- Operate and demonstrate our demo machines, and maintain them in a good situation.

- Join the rotating of cell-phone hotline support among the service engineer team, answer customers’ technical question, connect with our global Information and Diagnostic Center, as the first aids for urgent support like breakdown at customer site.
