职位描述
Responsibility:
1.This Logistics Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day import & export operating.
负责进出口报关、运输和其他物流相关的日常工作，支持制造、销售业务的顺利开展
2. Prepare Import & Export documents in a timely manner for customs clearance or payment purposes
及时、准确的准备进出口清关文件和相应费用申请
3.Work with all relevant parties, and efficiency communication to keep good relationship with internal departments, external LSP, government authorities, oversea vendors or customers
通过有效、及时的沟通，保持和提升和公司内部及外部政府行政机构、供应商的合作
4.Organize all necessary license and certificate application from Customs, CIQ or other authorities.
各类行政、海关许可证的申请
5. Manage Customs Bonded Materials (e.g. applying for handbook, daily management of handbook, reconciliation) for toll manufacturing

6.Arrange of import used mechanical and electronic products.
二手机电进口管理
7.Work closely with Sales Admin and Warehouse to arrange all the shipping and transportations

8.Work with 3PL suppliers for daily operating and cost & service quality performance review

9.ERP & Logistics system daily maintenance if applicable

Requirement:
1. Min.2 yrs hands-on experience in Import & Export, machinery industry is preferred
至少两年制造企业进出口/关务工作经验
2. Familiar with the import/export process, up-to-date related regulations, also the candidate must be able to operate the entire procedure independently.
熟悉最新的进出口报关政策和流程，能独立处理进出口清关事务
3. Knowledge and experience in customs bonded handbook management, including application, daily management, reconciliation, etc.
有加工贸易手册管理经验为佳
4. Familiar with the procedures of application for equipments & old equipment.
有进口二手机电设备经验为佳
5. Be familiar with ERP system (MAPICS is plus ) 熟悉ERP, MAPICS为佳
6. Broker certified would be preferable 有报关员证为佳
7. Good communicate in English and Mandarin 英文读写流利，有基本的听说能力
