Job Description: 职位描述
1.Provide leadership,drive and proactive involvement in the application of EHS management system,ensure key risks are identified and effectively managed.
2.Build an effective,high performing mechanical maintenance team has the capability to delivery desired business results.
3.Organize and provide know-how training courses to ensure a skilled and competency production team is built and maintained.
4.Support project team to finalize Taicang project on time.

Job Requirement: 任职要求
1.Possess a degree in Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution /university.
2.Be able to read and write in English,simple communication in oral English is perferred.
3.Minimum 3 years mechanical maintenance experience in multi-national companies,cement or plasterboard production working experience is preferred.
4.Familiar with automatic production line,good experience on maintenance & production line modification.
5.Superior organization ,planning and time management skills.
6.Strong leadership skills and able to lead and develop people.
7.Sound trouble shooting skills.
8.Skillful with AutoCAD & Office.
