1.Participate or support the formulation and execution of relevant policies and mechanisms in relation to the project management.

2.Develop related solution and provide support for the process of the DC project, including area layout, design and optimization of the process, operation plan, monitoring and control, and so on.

3.Conduct research on customer demand and market situation, propose improvement plan on allocation of resources and elevation of competitiveness in response to change of market and customer requirement.

Develop policies and procedures to support customer service excellence; facilitate the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer service in General Services; develop and monitor a strategic plan for department customer service.

4.Develop and explore project business, participate in and organize negotiation and communication.

Develop and prepare special customer surveys and information gathering tools; coordinate survey instruments; report survey results.

Education Level Possession of an Associate degree in project management, statistics, planning or relevant discipline.

A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.

Work experience At least 5 years relevant working experience in DC operations or Supply Chain in project management and solution design role.

Personal Character Knowledge of: Supply Chain management and DC operations; principles and practices of project management, Continuous Process Improvement management; and process engineering and re-engineering techniques and practices; principles and practices of specific technical field associated with project management; principles and practices of business and public administration; research, analytical, and data collection techniques; principles and practices of management, supervision, and training; federal and state regulations related to the project management and budget administration.

Ability to: establish, balance, and adjust priorities; establish and maintain effective working relationships; promote a customer-oriented approach toward meeting the needs of the customer; prepare and present clear and concise oral and written communications; prepare a variety of narrative documents including policy statements, management reports, and correspondence; respond effectively to a variety of changing situations; interpret, manage, and prepare program performance budgets at the unit, cost center, division, department and Continuous Process Improvement level.
