Job profile 主要工作职责

§Responsible for all monthly routine finance tasks, including coordination of all accounting closing schedules,analysis, reconciliation and reporting;
负责月度日常财务工作，包括协调组织结账时间安排、财务分析、财务调整及财务报告等；

§Optimize finance procedure/standard for high effeciency and satisfactory customer service;
优化财务流程、标准，实现高效率与高满意度客户服务；

§Timely complete monthly closing conformed to all local rules/regulations ,CAS and IFRS GAAP ;
严格遵照地方法则与中国会计准则及国际会计准则及时完成月结；

§Review and control employee expenses reimbursement;
检查/监管员工费用报销

§Responsible for accounts payable (Oversea/Domestic), stock evaluation, closing entries, and in control of tangible and monetary assets;
负责国际/国内应收账款，库存控制与盘点，结账录入，及有形资产与现金资产的管理；

§Ensure invoice-issuing procedure/results in line with revenue recognition principle in system and conforming to VAT regulations, improve in system for efficient/effective invoice-issuing procedure.
确保开票流程/结果与收入确认准则在系统中的一致性，同时严格遵照增值税法规定；改进系统实现开票流程的高效性。


Professional Background and Capability专业背景与能力要求：

§ Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences in MNC;
5年及以上跨国公司相关工作经验；

§ Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting ,proficient knowledge and experience of GL or AR management;
财务/会计本科学位，精通总账与应收账款管理的知识与经验；

§ Oral&written English communication;
英语口语与书面交流；

§ Skillful in office softwares (Excel,Word,Powerpoint);
熟练应用办公软件（如Excel, Word, PPT等）；

§ Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and team work capability;
