Responsibilities:

? Help to develop the Organization in Shenyang

? Key interface between HQ and China

? Work with functional managers to identify the training needs and create a training plan

? Participate in projects that aim to increase productivity and reduce waste

? Resolve problems in production as they arise, whether through the production, process, parts, quality assurance, or another source

? Resolve issues with suppliers

? Monitor new project progress and deliverables

? Observes all safety regulations

? Trains other personnel

? Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ME, EE, etc.)

? At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment

? Have an entrepreneurial spirit

? Should be good to familiarize themselves with different culture

? Good people skills: ability to work with both managers and shop floor personnel

? Knowledge of CATIA

? English language skills is a must

? Native German Speaker is preferred

? Can work independently, but also a team player

? Ability to multitask

? High initiative and self-motivated

? Able to motivate a team to be action oriented, set priorities, solve problems, keep commitments and meet internal and external commitments
