工作内容：

1、了解万邦房产各项目业务需求及采购需求，复核与监督各项目采购工作；

2、了解与研究房地产物料市场，搜寻合适的产品与潜在供应商，获取相关的技术与商业信息，建立数据库；

3、如有需要，配合上级与潜在供应商进行商务采购谈判；

4、与各地项目同事配合，共同维护与供应商之间的合作关系；

职位要求：

1、相关专业大学本科学历

2、5年以上房地产行业采购工作经验

3、具备相应的谈判、组织与沟通能力

4、具备熟练的英语口头及书面表达能力
