职位描述
Essential Duties
- The sourcing activities, including needs analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategies, supplier evaluating and selecting, negotiation and contracting.
- The sourcing activities of following segments within company perimeter (GW plant and YD plant) : industrial supplies, spare parts, Capex projects, OEM services, contractors, other consumables, and others not in the raw materials/fuel scope.
- The procurement activities, including purchasing requisition (PR), Purchasing Order (PO) processing, goods/service receiving, payment processing and performance evaluating.
- The procurement activities of following segments within company perimeter : all raw materials/fuel and the alternative materials, trading materials, industrial supplies, spare parts, Capex projects, OEM services, contractors, other consumables, and others not in the raw materials/fuel scope.
- To lead the sourcing activities of critical/key segments personally, including packing materials, big Capex projects, and other important or urgent items when necessary.
- For following and enforcing purchasing procedures and authorized limits within the plants.
- For the correct use of frame contract/agreements by plant users.
- To oversee the efficient management of the plant purchasing team within company perimeter.
- The leader and gate-keeper to implement company policy and procedures for all transactions in plants为工厂所有采购业务实施公司采购政策和程序的领导和监护者
- The value provider from SOURCING activities by meeting budget and cost saving to support company business strategy achievement价值提供者,通过达成预算和节约成本为公司实现业务战略提供支持

- The driver of working capital requirement by DPO management together with inventory management
- The driving force to continuously improve the professionalism of the purchase team不断提高采购团队专业性的推动者
Qualifications
- Academic background学历: university or college, majored in engineering or business 大学本科或专科,工科或商科毕业
- Experience经验: 5 years experience, >3 years management experience with a team, >3 years purchasing experience. working experience in foreign companies is a plus
- 5年工作经验, 需要有3年采购经验以及3年管理经验。外企工作经验更佳。
- Forecasting & planning and risk management skills
- Coordination skills and conflict management
- Good understanding of purchase process(P2P)对采购流程有较好的了解
- Engineering market surveying and analyzing工业材料市场调查和分析
- Computer skills & ERP, particularly YONGYOU能熟练操作电脑,特别是用友ERP
- Good English (oral & written)英语良好(口语和书面)
