Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with the sales team and field customer contacts to proactively meet the sales plan.
2.Generating and verifying reports to GC Sales Director and other Sales Manager as needed.
3. Coordination among various departments regarding implementation of sale activities as needed
4. Prepare business review presentation for the sales meetings
5. Record and prepare the Meeting Minutes
6. Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other dept.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder with related experience in Sales Assistance or secretarial support
2. Team player with good working attitude; responsible and able to work under pressure
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both oral and written English proficiency
4. Good command of computer applications skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
