Job Description:
- Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job (to be defined in only one sentence)
1. Specifically covering regions/segments: Coordinating and leading the Clinical/Industrial teams and promote all the relevant products in the regions/segments.
2. Pursue the short-term sales target and the long-term company development by providing integrated solutions to the segments;
3. Work close with regional sales manager and distributors to achieve sales goals.
- Main Accountabilities (list key missions: 6 maximum, use action verbs)
1. Excellent products and academic knowledge in the segments
2. Follow all the sales activities in the region
3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
4. Identify and establish the distributor network in the region
5. In charge of the promotions of integrated solutions for infections diseases in all of clinical/Industry sectors.
6. Direct interaction with sub-dealers
7. Create his/ her own relationship with the customers
8. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues
9. Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey locally
Requirements on Qualification:
- Studies-Experience
1. College degree or above in Public Health Management/Medical Diagnosis/life science or relevant fields
2. Over 3 years of working experience in sales promotions targeting related segments.
3. Distribution network management experience
- Sales Manager East Region
1. Proficient in Reading and writing in English
2. Good computer and communication skills
3. Good Competence in leader ship skills and able to work under the pressure.
4. Able to coordinate and lead a task force to accomplish sales target.
5. Excellent self initiative and objectives oriented.
6. Travel in the region.
