Job Description:
- Technical Support
1. Daily service technical support for service agent’s engineers/ customers, both on-line and on-site.
2. Create Service Request (SR) for all calls registered for repair.
3. Generate license key for repaired and updated systems.
4. Provide pre-sales technical support to sales and application team on tenders and technical demonstrations.
- Technical Training
1. Prepare training materiel and deliver service training (both in-house and on-site) to service agent’s engineers.
2. Translate service bulletin or other technical document into Chinese and distribute to service agents.
- Repair of Systems
1. Provide depot repair for faulty systems received at service center
2. Provide on-site field service and repair customer systems
Requirements on Qualification:
- Knowledge/Experience
1. Graduate with engineering degree or diploma or equivalent work experience
2. Above 5 years’ experience in technical service, technical training or related experience
3. Experience in a medical equipment handling preferred
4. Experience in Oracle ERP service module preferred.
5. Current knowledge of training management in china preferred
- Skills/Abilities
1. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
2. Excellent engineering, training & client relation skills
3. Ability to travel within China (typical 40 % of time)
4. Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
5. Ability to work in team environment
6. Excellent customer support skills
7. Able to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodations
