Resbonsibility:
-Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales or
Sales Manager.
-Organizes regular sales visits
-Conduct credit checks
-Provides ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.
-Keep clear communication between different departments
-Promotes the hotel as often as possible
-Negotiates prices with the clients
-Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow up action is initiated.
-Ensures the smooth running operation of all his/her accounts within the Commercial Section.
-Maintains a close working rapport with the press, media, staff, clients/guests and companies who are existing and current supporters of the hotel.
-Developing and reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.
-Achieves (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts
-Develop hotel revenue through sourcing, securing and maximizing all sales opportunities.
-On an ongoing basis, develop and implement a comprehensive plan of action that addresses:
Public Relations
Direct marketing mail campaigns
Advertising radio, press, magazine and TV in all market areas as required
-Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for
the preceding month.
-Submits production reports
-Prepare annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
-Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports.
-Cost Control
-Prepares and administers the hotel Sales Department budget on a monthly basis.
Working years: 10 years
Education Background:bachelor
Language: English and Chinese
