Title: Finance Controller (Shanghai)

A role with leadership and great career development opportunity
Company: Our client is the market leader in construction industry. For their business is expanding rapidly, they are looking for a Finance Controller looking after China business, leading a team of 5-6 subordinates, and directly report to CFO in US and dot-line report to General Manager in China
Responsibilities:
Develop business and financial planning based on company strategies establishes and optimizes systems and procedures
Drives cost reduction and able to identify and verify potential saving decisions
Leading a team to integration of systems and procedures and to implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts including financial statements in newly merged companies.
Implements, maintains and upgrades ERP system according to business and finance development needs. It would be an advantage if you have experience in implementing Oracle.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder major in Finance and a CPA qualified or equivalent with at least 10 years of working experience
Have working experience in multinational company
Have services industry experience would be an advantage
Previous knowledge and experiences in M&A exercise is a definite advantage
Must be familiar with PRC and US GAAP as well good understanding of current financial and economic laws
Solid knowledge in ERP system implementation is required
Excellent leadership skills and organization skills as well as the ability to perform consistently under high pressure is essential
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
