职位描述
Based in Shanghai, our client is a famous cosmetics company, currently looking for a National Sales Director to lead an established team and help the company grow its billion RMB business. Directly reporting to the GM, you will have eight direct reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage & achieve sales budgets for cosmetics and company OI and develop and implement sales objectives, strategy, policies, and operating procedures for sales organization;
? Develop, coordinate & track sales, selling cycle and methodology to ensure efficient and sustainable sales growth;
? Develop distribution points selectively for cosmetics and leverage distributions to BC products in profitable ways and continue to focus on retail management, key customer development and geographic importance;
? Manage major & critical customers thru JBP, and coordinate the management of different accounts and channels to avoid conflicts;
? Conduct strategic planning meeting with key retail partners, and attend quarterly review meetings;
? Control sales expenses of both sell in and sell thru responsibly and evaluate net trade revenue structure with finance to reduce total trade discount;
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
? At least 10 years related working experiences in sales management, Industrial experiences in makeup and skin care sector preferred
At least 5 years solid people management and team building experiences
? Familiar with counter and retail management is a plus
? Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
