Position Objective

This person will provide a broad range of support in terms of brand strategy and marketing communication to the business to keep up the healthy development of American Standard brand, continuously to drive brand health

• Assistant Brand Mgr - ATL
• Assistant Brand Mgr - BTL

Other key contacts:

• Internal: cross function
• External: digital/media/ PR/advertising/design agencies, vendors, distributors

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop brand strategy, holistic communications/marketing plan for both the consumer channel and the project channel to deliver business goals;
• Plan and implement above-the-line and below-the-line programs e.g. TV, print, digital, event, promotional activities, road show, influencer programs, in-store communication POSM…etc.
• Work closely with agencies to develop the communications strategies and programs;
• Develop diversified communication materials, e.g. product catalogue, brochure, premium, display…etc.
• Be able to do marketing program evaluation in terms of effectiveness and efficiency from business point of view;
• Marketing budget management and control;
• Handle other special projects as may be assigned;

Requirements and/or Advantages

• University degree or above;
• 5+ years proven related experience, i.e. brand management, marketing communication, digital marketing, advertising management, POSM development etc.
• Creative and sensitive to fashion trend;
• Excellent in oral and written English;
• Excellent in Excel & Power Point skills
• Can work under pressure and work overtime when needed
