职位描述
Responsibilities：
-Closely work with agencies on briefing campaign, tracking and improving performance on a ROI driven basis
-Define launch plan, promotional plans together with the Merchandising team and execute well with media agency vendors
-Supervise website visits, traffic conversion, sales, etc and improve performance towards target KPI which is the ultimate judge
-Ongoing health tracking of the website: brand image and online reputation tracking
-Clearly deliver the strategy of media buy, SEM to team and make sure all well executed -Other administrative and managerial functions
Qualifications：
-Have 4+ years experience in-house in digital marketing, or from media, digital marketing agency as account service
-Have relevant experience and knowledge of digital marketing and online media
-Good at project management
-Good communication skills, among creative, marketing, and IT department
-Self-motivated and can work under pressure
-Team work spirit
-Interested in fashion as a plus
