Summary:
To be a senior member of recruiting team must be able to work independently and efficiently. Not only perform well on recruitment responsibility, but also give a good model to other team member, and enhance candidates’ interview experience to be positive.
Job Responsibility:
Work professionally with hands on recruiting in a fast growing organization.
Fulfill the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure.
a) Accurately interpret specification and identify suitable applicants through effective job-matching;
b) Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract appropriate applicants;
c) Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against project requirement.
d) Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview resources;
e) Issue offer and monitor new hires on-board procedure.
f) Communication with vendors and take responsible of vendor management.
Ensure the staffing work is in accordance with local/national labor law and regulations.
Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
Support other work assigned by HR manager.
Job Requirement:
Functional Competencies:
a) Solid understanding of recruiting
b) Excellent listening and communication capability
c) Basic Knowledge of Technical Terminology
d) Fluent in English
e) Ideally salary negotiation skill
Interpersonal Competencies:
a) Ability to effectively communicate with high level managers
b) Mature, good planner
c) Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team
d) Able to multi-task (work on multiple deliverables at once)
e) Demonstrate respect, responsiveness and professionalism toward others while providing superior service for the candidates
f) Demonstrate integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges.
Additional Competencies:
a) 5+ years working experience in recruiting
b) Experienced in automotive industry is a must
c) Bachelor degree above
