The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, You are responsible for all works related to project process including Design, schedule, contract & cost, procurement and programme Management etc.

Your area is mainly in Retail & commercial events across china.

Report to: Project Director

Main duties / responsibilities

• Design Coordination and progress control
• Communication & coordination between Client and EPC sides
• Summarize report and attend regularly Meeting for problem shooting
• Participate in procurement management including Tender event schedule, tracking, procurement process control, tender evaluation etc.
• Programme Management including developing baseline, updating baseline if required
• Liaison with Authorities
• Contract & cost management including coordination of various Contracts works, contract administration and cost control etc.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in project management or civil engineering
• Over 10 years working experience in project management & administration roles
• Working Experience in Retails or commercial events will be big advantage
• Good teamwork player and good command in English
• Good communication skills and coordination
