职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Communicate with HQ, lead the team to follow BU merchadizing strategy, provide timely feedbacks and best practices
2.Annual, quarterly and monthly trade marketing projects planning and support
3.Control the Actual Trade Marketing spending versus Budget
4.Supervise the planning, execution, control and evaluation of promotional activities/events (including branding events)
5.Supervise the control and track of consumer promotional events execution
6.Supervise Push Girl macro and micro allocation process
7.Supervise Push Gril performance and effectiveness evaluation
8.Team management (day to day training/coaching; work allocation; performance evaluation)
9.Supervise market research and innovation projects
10.Internal coordination and communication
REQUIRMENTS:
1.Education
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related field
2.10 years experience in marketing (or sales), preferably within FMCG industry
3.Understands the external environment (competitive and market) and identifies new sources of opportunity
4.Anticipates future trends to engage and recruit youth consumers
5.High passion, creative, analytical skills
6.Experience in managing P&L’s and financial KPI’s
7. English speaking is a must (fluent both oral and written)
8.Excel and power point excellence
