A global pharmaceutical company is urgently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with a legal background to oversee all compliance operations in Shanghai.You will provide regulatory support on marketing materials, prospectus list and review, investment linked products.
Your Job Qualifications:
1. Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years of compliance experiencegained
2. Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry,
3. Familiar with FCPA and Economics Law.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
5. Preferably worked in law firms
