Human Resource Manager
? US Leading company in medical device industry
? Sales and technical support service in China
? Good opportunity to require a unique and personalized approach
Responsibilities:
? Supervise the daily HR operations and provide a quality and efficient HR service that meet customer expectation and HR standard in a cost effective manner.
? Managing the common HR and General Administrative functions in USA and Caribbean providing services to all business units.
? Aligning all business units to develop, review and implement new HR and operating policies which support Corporate and business unit strategies within the region.
? Assisting the Country Chair in establishing and maintaining the common management system documentation.
? Preparing, delivering, and negotiating adoption of HR Service Level Agreements with all business units, and ensuring that HR Shared Services meet and exceed goals and expectations.
? Other job assignment required by the management.
Requirements:
? Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines
? At least 5-8 years of general Human Resources experience in pharmaceutical or related industry within multinational organizations
? PHR or SPHR, GPHR or equivalent professional certification
? Demonstrated skills & knowledge in local employment contract management, performance management, employee relationship management & adult learning
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive, Self-motivated and result oriented
? Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
