Job Scope
工作范围
To coordinate and manage all activities associated with the assigned curtain wall project including all site staff and subcontractor responsibilities. Liaise with client, architect, main contractor, consultants and support staff towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works.
协调并管理所有与被指定幕墙项目有关的活动包括所有工地的员工和分包商的责任。联系客户、建筑师、总承包商、顾问以及相关员工以达到高水平，高效率的工作成果。
Job Responsibility

To ensure that architect's drawings, calculations and specifications are received on schedule and are confirmed as approved for construction.
确保建筑师已批准的施工图纸、计算书以及规范能按照进度表准时收到。
To establish a working schedule which is satisfactory to the main contractor/client. To update the schedule with the proceeding of the project and to ensure that technical department, factory and site are all keeping up with the most updated schedule.
建立一个总承包商/客户都满意的工作进度表。根据正在进行的项目更新进度表，确保技术部、工厂、工地都能及时跟上已更新的最新的进度表。
To ensure that quality department prepare all reports on material compliance including testing and certificates (if applicable) and to submit reports of all materials tested and approved to the customer.
确保质量部准备好所有的关于材料的报告包括测试和证明书（如果需要），向客户递交所有材料测试以及证明。
To ensure that all specifications, contract requirements are followed.
确保所有的规范符合规定并遵守合同的要求。
To ensure that all project matters are coordinated and problems encountered during project proceeding, in particular, during onsite installation, are addressed and rectified.
协调并处理所有项目问题，并纠正项目进行中发生的问题，尤其是在工地安装时发生的问题。
To maintain a close working relationship with client, main contractor and other sides in the project.
与客户、总承包商以及项目中的其他部门保持密切的工作联系。
To coordinate with other departments and maintain an open communication channel.
协调并与其他各部门保持沟通与交流。
To submit progress reports and follow up on all project progress.
提交项目进程报告并跟进所有项目进展。
To be responsible for project budget control and to monitor all variations works and apply for claims and push for payments.
负责项目预算控制，并监控所有变更请款工作与催款。
To represent project team in inter-department meetings and to represent the company in external project meetings.
参加公司内部会议，代表公司参加对外项目会议。
Any other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager or Operations Manager.
执行工程总监或营运经理委派的任何其他任务。
Job Requirement

College and above
具有大专以上学历
Construction Certification (Level 1) & Safety Management Certification (B)
具有一级建造师证书及安全管理B证
Five years and above curtain wall working experience
有幕墙行业从业经验5年以上
Large-scale curtain wall project management experience
有大型幕墙工程管理经验
Be familiar with the construction of unitized system curtain wall, good command of English.
熟悉单元式幕墙施工及熟练使用英文者优先
