职位描述
Purpose:
Overall responsible for management of logistics team, report to global distribution & logistics group based in USA. Manage all logistics & transportation activities for finished goods and raw materials movement from China origin to overseas destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop logistics strategy for company to achieve quickest lead-time requirement with best cost effective transportation solution
2) Lead and manage China logistics team daily activities in accordance with global standards and reporting.
3) Control and develop 3PL to cope with Crocs development and needs in logistics
4) Establishes logistics budget and control expenses of the company
5) Establishes short and long-term business objectives for the logistics team in China
6) Manage logistics planning to ensure on-time execution of global shipments
