Accountability and Objectives:
职责： ? Is responsible to propose and implement technical solutions that maximize project profitability and improve product performances.
尽可能给工程提供最优化方案提高产品的性能。
? Responsible to maintain knowledge current for all national and international standards, participating in meetings.
负责保持对当前国家与国际标准的理解，参与相关的会议。
? Manage all technical knowledge on standard and non standard materials and components liaising with the quality assurance and R&D.
与质检和研究开发部联系，以了解全部标准或非标准材料和组件的性能。
? Provide technical support to design, production and project departments.
给设计/生产和项目部在技术上的支持。
Key Responsibilities:
主要任务： ? To confirm the structural adequacy of design and of material selection to ensure and verify the right materials will be ordered and that the design conforms with the Client’s building requirements and specifications.
确保设计和选材上有充足结构强度及鉴定设计和将采购的材料符合项目要求及规格。
? To liaise with the Client, Builder’s Engineer and Architect to verify that all the necessary requirements for the Curtain Wall design comply with the project specifications and relevant codes.
与项目业主/项目工程师和建筑师联系，鉴定全部幕墙设计和要求符合项目要求/规格及标准。
? Ensure that all engineering requirements of the Curtain Wall are achieved and that tests and calculations conducted are documented and properly recorded.
确保幕墙结构完全满足及通过测试和计算要求以及将相关文件妥当的存档。
? Attend and Supervise Performance Mock Up sites prior and during testing to ensure all aspects have been executed correctly.
到现场参与及监督前期或正式性能测试试验，确保一切具备条件。
? Prepares or coordinates all structural engineering calculations for details drawn by the Technical Department.
按技术部图纸准备或安排全部结构计算书。
? To coordinate and organize BCA submission with P.E endorsement prior to site installation.
联系及组织施工前审批。
? Research and test new materials that become available on the market.
开发与测试新材料。
? To coordinate with the Technical Manager and/or Project Manager to ensure that all engineering aspects are applied to site installation and erection and to assist in resolving alternations to any design change due to “As-Built” conditions.
配合技术经理或项目经理确保现场妥当的按结构要求施工及协助解决因现场状况的设计变更。
? To maintain proper filing record of engineering calculation and project correspondence related to structural issues.
遵守/维持结构计算书及工程有关结构的函件的存档记录。
? To organize “As-Built” calculation for submission with P.E. endorsement.
按送审竣工图纸要求制作结构计算书及安排审批。
? Visit sites on a regular basis to ensure that all aspects have been executed correctly.
定期巡视现场确保所有施工正确的要求计执行。
? Any other tasks assigned by the Principle Engineer.
执行首席工程师委派的任何其他任务。
